Who am I?
I’m Bridget, holistic health and wellness coach and co-founder of Team Oliver.
If you had told me several years ago that I would be helping mums find themselves again and thrive in their new found role as a stay at home mum I wouldn’t have believed you.
That was before I started seeing Ash. Within 2 weeks we were engaged, 6 months later married, and a few weeks after that we discovered I was pregnant. What a change to my life that was. I went from being single and free, with a cruisy corporate job, mountain biking every weekend, to married and spending my days at home with a newborn in just over a year.
To say I struggled would be an understatement. After years of feeling tired, lacking energy and motivation, and not liking where I was in life I stumbled onto health coaching. It was exactly what I needed – someone to support me, listen to me and help me create what I have now – a amazing life with my beautiful family.
Now, through Team Oliver I help other mums overcome their lack in energy, drive and motivation with our signature program …

What will I learn?
First up we will look at setting your intentions for the next 5 weeks, making a commitment to creating change, and setting your goals. We will look at how our brains work and how to form new habits that will stick. This week is all about setting you up for success.
Food, Food, Food.
What we eat greatly effects our mood and energy levels and is one of the most important steps in creating a healthy lifestyle. So next stop is what we fuel our body with and how we can do it easily with minimal stress.
Your body was designed to move.
Eating healthy is just one part of the process to living a healthy lifestyle and reaping all the benefits it has to offer, keeping our bodies active and moving is equally important. Without exervise it is hard to reach your full physical and mental potential and achieve overall well-being. Here we will focus on finding the right exercise for you., so you will be more likely to do it conistently and se ethe benefits including increased energy, improved mental clarity, optimal digestive health and enhanced mood.
Making space for a positive mindset
Our thoughts dictate our perception and therefore our life. So taking the time to foster a positive mindset is paramount to our success. Did you know the average person has an estimated 70,000 thoughts a day! Take a moment to think about the thoughts that run through your mind – are they positive and uplifting or negative and self-defeating?
No-one is perfect, and you don’t have to be either.
A common myth of proper health is the obligation to always be ‘good’, same with parenting, there is this pressure to be the ‘perfect’ mum/wife/employee… People are not perfect and we shouldn’t pretend to be. This week is all about accepting we aren’t perfect and releasing expectations. It is also our last week and a week for celebrating. Celebrating the growth you have seen and the changes you have made. This is our favourite week.
